I've had a love affair with radio since I was a little girl, from listening to the Top 40 and the breakfast show on Radio 1 to first discovering the radio comedy of the 60's and 70's in my teens.

In the mid 1990's I co- presented a variety of shows on ICR (Ipswich Community Radio) including comedy shows, the breakfast show and a series of speech based shows on local theatre called Acting Up.

Over the last few years I have had the pleasure of developing a really strong relationship with BBC Radio Suffolk and have appeared on many programmes and been interviewed on a range of topics such as, acting, motherhood, current affairs and business. In March 2014 I was honoured to be chosen as one of only 90 ladies from over 1000 for one of three BBC 'Women In Radio' days where we learnt broadcasting and interview techniques, networked and got useful career advice .

I now work part time for BBC Radio Suffolk as a BA (broadcast assistant) on a Friday on the Lesley Dolphin Afternoon show, The Luke Deal Saturday Breakfast Show and The James Hazell Big Saturday Show. Every Friday at 11.35am you can also hear me with James Hazell as his showbiz news and entertainment reporter.

I'm also the TV and showbiz news reporter for the Bob Fischer afternoon show on BBC Radio Tees - you can catch me there on Tuesday's at 1.25pm

I have also appeared on BBC Radio 4 in my role as a comedy historian contributing to documentaries on the 1960's radio comedy show Round The Horne and the musical hall act Wilson, Keppel and Betty.

With all this wealth of radio experience I can make an ideal guest or contributor to any style of radio programme and can talk about many subjects. Please contact me for more details.
